Refund policy
You may return or exchange plants within 14 days of pickup, or immediately at pickup if you're not satisfied.
Condition Requirements: Plants must be in the same condition as received with no physical damage from customer handling, in their original pot, and showing no signs of neglect (such as severe wilting from lack of water, sunburn from improper placement, etc.). All plants are healthy at pickup, and care after pickup is the customer's responsibility.
Seasonal Considerations: Some plants naturally go dormant or look rough depending on the season. If you're unhappy with your plant's appearance, you may exchange it for a plant with more roots or one of equal value.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process. You may return individual plants from multi-plant orders (for example, order 5 plants and return 1).
How to Arrange Returns/Exchanges:
- Email contact@hippycertified.com with photos of the plant to set up an appointment during normal pickup hours (excluding event setup/teardown), OR
- Bring your plant to one of our events during event hours,, prior email is preferred, but on-the-spot returns are also accepted
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive returns (more than 3 returns within 6 months).
